I am part of the law firm SEDLAKOVA LEGAL, where I have been focusing on M&A, legal support for technology start-ups, and investments since 2018. These legal areas have allowed me to work with and provide services to emerging technology start-ups as well as domestic and international venture capital funds. Among our most prominent clients are VC funds such as Presto Ventures, Start Guide One, and Impact Ventures, and of course, a number of successful start-ups including Supernova.io, Worldee, Lakmoos, Nesnězeno, Pointee, Adam, and Sprayvision.

Through my work with innovative companies, I have gained extensive experience in negotiating investment documentation and managing corporate agendas, which has enabled me to develop strategic thinking and strengthen my skills in corporate law. Since 2023, I have been heading the M&A and Investments department, where I apply my expertise in providing comprehensive advice on mergers and acquisitions, with a strong focus on maximizing value for our clients. In 2024, I was appointed as a partner of the firm.
