I am an attorney and partner at SEDLAKOVA LEGAL, where I lead the department of contract law, IT, and IP.
I help companies structure their commercial contracts in B2B relationships – from supplier and investment agreements to partnership and distribution models (resale, affiliate, franchising).

At the same time, I specialize in IT law and licensing agreements – especially SaaS contracts, SLAs, software development, implementation, and support, as well as the legal framework of artificial intelligence (AI Act), cybersecurity, and regulation of digital platforms (DSA, P2B, DAC7, DORA).
In the field of intellectual property (IP law), I support clients with know-how protection, licensing, and dispute resolution in IT and digital services.
