Being involved in the operation of SEDLAKOVA LEGAL is a huge challenge for me. At the same time, it is an opportunity that I value very much and I am glad to be a part of the great team that we have in the office.

I have many years of experience in the law firm in handling all back-office processes. I am responsible for creating designs in the area of employee evaluations, working with management to resolve personnel issues, and handling all internal employment law. HR is a challenge that I gladly accept and I am happy to be able to create a very comfortable office environment.

What I do in the office:

• Managing the office in the area of HR and employment law
• Process support in the provision of legal services to real estate agencies
• Managing the back-office and dealing with financial issues
• Recruitment of new staff
