Kristýna Faltýnková

I started working in advocacy while I was still studying at the Faculty of Law in Brno. I gained experience in some of the largest Czech law firms as well as in an international firm, where I focused long-term on real estate – acquisitions, construction, leasing – from family houses and industrial halls to shopping centres, residential buildings and infrastructure. I handled projects in the energy sector, construction contracts, lease agreements, planning agreements with municipalities, major real estate transactions as well as neighbour disputes. I represented clients before authorities, in contract negotiations and in court proceedings.

I grew up surrounded by cadastral maps. My dad is a court-appointed expert in real estate, he used to run a design and real estate office and is an authorised inspector. So no real estate question is truly foreign to me. Through real estate, I naturally moved into ESG, which I now cover in its full scope. I always try to understand as much as possible what the client does and what they want to achieve. I don’t limit legal advice to simply answering the question asked.
