Software law Intellectual Property law
I am an attorney at SEDLAKOVA LEGAL specializing in intellectual property law. In the area of contract law, I assist clients with drafting and setting up terms and conditions, SaaS contracts, licensing agreements, franchise agreements, SLAs, and any other contractual documentation related to these matters.
I also focus on contentious issues, particularly in the fields of unfair competition, copyright, and industrial property. With my extensive experience in disputes, I know how to best structure contract provisions to minimize risks for clients.
I typically collaborate with IT companies, startups, digital service providers, creatives, artists, influencers, and architects, helping them set up contractual relationships with both customers and business partners or suppliers, and assisting them in winning their disputes.
I also teach intellectual property law at the Ambis University for marketing students.
My focus areas within the firm include:
🟢 Copyright
🟢 IT and software law
🟢 Unfair competition disputes
🟢 Industrial property protection
🟢 Registration of industrial property rights (trademarks, patents, industrial designs)
