For more than 10 years I have been working on ICT projects, whether it is licensing agreements, implementation projects, personal data, protection of creative solutions or regulatory projects under Czech or UK law. I hold the highest level of FIP certification and am a multiple times winner of Legal500's Rising Star award for TMT and a recommended lawyer in the field of IP.

I have led teams delivering the largest IT and data protection projects in the Czech Republic, which have won the IT Law Firm of the Year award every year, as well as Tier 1 (Legal500) and Band 1 (Chambers & Partners) international rankings.
