At least 4–5 years in IT — security is critical from day one. You understand secure application design, know what AI outputs need to be validated, and are comfortable with GDPR, encryption, and secure authentication.

You know how to build a web application from scratch.
Real, hands-on experience with AI/LLM implementation — agentic systems, multi-step workflows, tool use. Not theory. Production.
You understand why hallucination-free AI matters and how to engineer around it.

Product mindset 💻

You believe a fast MVP that validates a hypothesis beats a year of planning.
You can prioritize ruthlessly — and explain why.
You can talk to clients and identify their real problems, not just their stated ones.
