Can I arrange a meeting with you remotely?

You certainly can, we have been using this method of communication with our clients since our law firm started. We can connect via Skype, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts, Calendly and other applications. Of course, it is also possible to connect by phone and make the whole meeting this way.

How much for your legal services?

Firstly, we will always consult your case with you. This first consultation is free of charge. We will then prepare a price offer tailored to your requirements. If possible, we will always give you a fixed amount to charge you before work begins. However, in some cases the amount cannot be estimated; these are mainly regular consultations or representation in court. In such cases, we charge an hourly rate, which ranges from CZK 2,500 - 2,800 + VAT. If you know that you will need our services on a long-term and regular basis, we can also agree on a flat monthly fee. In this case, you are always assured that we will dedicate a pre-agreed number of hours to you in a given month.

Do you have a contract? What is hidden inside?

Do I have to pay you anything in advance?

Usually no 😊. Our relationship is based on trust and your word (and a signed legal services agreement ↗) is enough for us. We only require an advance payment if we would have increased out-of-pocket expenses associated with working for you (for example, if we are securing legal assistance from our foreign colleagues) or if it is a really large project for several months.

I need some advice, how long will it take you to get back to me?

We respond to enquiries on working days within 24 hours of receiving them. Of course, for complex and time-consuming cases, it is not possible to process them within this time, but you will always receive a reply from us within 24 hours with a proposal for further action and an estimate of the time required. However, even in complicated matters, we will do everything possible to ensure that you have the first output from our side within a week of confirming your interest in our services, if you have paid the deposit. In simpler cases we usually send the output within 3 working days.

I have an urgent issue and it's a non-working day, will you answer me?
