How do we prepare the secondment contract
Together we will check and set the terms of cooperation with the employment agency - from the length of cooperation, to the remuneration of the agency, to the flexibility in ordering employees.
We will prepare a framework secondment contract, which will set a clear relationship with the employment agency, or we will review the one supplied by the agency (whether it is not too one-sided in its favour, for example).
We will prepare or review a sample purchase order that specifies a demand for an employee assignment and a sample sub-agreement for a temporary assignment of an employee.
