How does IP Scan Enforcement work with us?
Let's start by gathering information. You will complete a basic questionnaire to check whether you are eligible for a grant, i.e. whether you meet the SME criteria. If so, we move on.
We will send you the documents for electronic signature and apply for the grant on your behalf. If you get the Europeangrant, you will receive a voucher for the grant, which no one will take away.
After the consultation, we will prepare a detailed report that includes an analysis of your situation and recommendationsfor further action. We will send this report to the Industrial Property Office for approval.
Once approved by the Industrial Property Office, you will receive a complete analysis and proposed solutions to help youprotect yourself against allegations of intellectual property infringement.
