Partner Legal assistance to start-ups Corporate Law

I graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University and during my studies I have completed many foreign stays that have influenced my current professional focus. However, I did not finish my studies with just the completion of my Master's degree at the Faculty of Law, I am currently continuing my PhD studies focused on international trade law and private international law.

The area of law I have chosen is interesting and creative. I operate in a sector where success is measured by client satisfaction and trust, and this can only be ensured by the quality and professionalism of the services provided. That is why I see continuous learning and improvement is essential.

I am influenced in my work by the belief that the combination of loyalty and fairness is rare, especially nowadays. Clients can rely on our approach to advocating for their interests to always be based on these principles. I am glad to be part of a team where enthusiasm, optimism, and an environment of mutual trust prevail because this is also where successful firms differ from less successful ones.

What I do within the firm:

  • Legal assistance to start-ups
  • Corporate agenda
  • Legal advice on investments
  • Employee Equity programs
  • International commercial arbitration
  • Idea Protection
