At or after the meeting we will send you additional questions related to the basic requirements of the company, according to which we will prepare the documents for the company formation. We will agree whether you want to be present at the incorporation in person or whether you will leave all the steps to us based on a power of attorney.
As soon as we receive your answers to the questions, we will start working on the documents, arrange a date with the notary for the incorporation of the company, arrange an appointment at the Trade Licensing Office for the registration of the trade, and possibly arrange an appointment at the bank.
